I recently required services of a HVAC company to repair my heat pump. I checked with a few contractors and most could not come out for several days but Ben a Pure Green took time to fit me in his busy schedule. He scheduled a service call within 24 hours and was here on time the next day. He promptly and professionally found the problem. Being a senior on social security, naturally I was concerned about the cost. Ben was very fair with his estimate plus he gave me a sizable senior discount. I recommend Pure Green Mechanical for your HVAC needs.

My furnace went on the fritz on super bowl weekend when the temp was below freezing. Several businesses were closed. However Ben, the owner of this business, was available and came by to fix the problem which apparently was complex. As the temp of my house sunk I had visions using a sleeping but Ben came and saved the day. He is personable but more importantly efficient and no nonsense. Apparently he is skilled in solving other residential problems. This review is unsolicited.

My business relies on HVAC. I have multiple units. Pure Green installed them years ago and has done all maintenance and repairs. This is the only company I use and recommend. You won't find a better company for residential or commercial.

Pure Green Mechanical was a pleasure doing business with. They were able to schedule us promptly and showed up when they said they were going to. I had Pure Green inspect our furnace after the wind storm, they arrived and performed a full inspection of the furnace system. Not only did they tell us verbally what was going on, but they followed up with a full narrative and numerous pictures showing everything. I found pure green to be extremely easy to work with and incredibly professional. I wish I knew about them before I had my new system installed five years ago. Thanks Pure Green!

This amazing team of two installed a high efficiency Daikin mini split system into our home! With a total of three units throughout, we have been able to live increasingly comfortable and shift our needs with the changes in seasons. All work was done in an amazing timely fashion, plus, these guys helped us lower our monthly electricity bill! Showing immense care for each individual, their needs, and the work they are putting in, this team did not let down one bit!

Ben is amazing! I hired him to install Daikin ductless heat/AC with inside units upstairs and downstairs and wow my house is so much more comfortable..no more space heaters or window fans needed! My power bill has gone down significantly by several hundred per month. Ben is professional, on time and meticulous with his installation ...everything was done right the 1st time. We returned home from a vacation and found that our AC was not working. With the following week being reported as very hot, we were trying to get it fixed as soon as possible. Tried calling quite a few HVAC companies with no luck, most of them being 3-4 weeks out even for an “emergency” service call. A family member then reached out and recommended Pure Green Mechanical. We contacted Ben, he came out the next day and got us fixed up. Very much appreciate the willingness and ability to come and get our AC blowing cold again on such short notice! Thank you! A friend referred us to Pure Green Mechanical when we were needing our furnace repaired. Our heat would intermittently work and we have a 5 month old baby so we needed it fixed fast! Ben made sure to fit us in his busy schedule ASAP. Turns out our blower motor was going out, which normally is a fairly cheap part but ours was going to be over $1000 because it was a special intermittent one. He gave us all options to just replace the motor or upgrade to a new system since ours was getting pretty old anyways. We decided to upgrade our system and added a few more requests like adding an additional vent to our room & he serviced our AC unit so it will be ready for summer. He is very professional & knowledgeable in all aspects of HVAC I would highly recommend him!

They were able to come out and fix my low voltage wire very quickly! I called on a Friday and Ben came out on Monday morning. Really awesome considering it's going to be hot week. Very nice, professional, and informative. Definitely recommend!

I was having issues with excessive condensation drainage from my high efficiency heater and needed it fixed before going out of town in a few days. I asked my retired contractor friend (Cecil Smith of Cecil Smith Construction / Healthy Home Builder.com) for advice, and he gave me the name of his HVAC guy, Ben Schultz with Pure Green Mechanical. I called and explained my situation, and he was able to squeeze me into his very busy schedule and resolve my problems. He was very polite, very professional, and answered all of my inquisitive questions (yes, there were a lot). He explained everything to me along the way. I am truly thankful for his services, and would highly recommend Ben for all of your HVAC needs!
